'To begin, I booked this hotel because of its proximity to downtown - not for the amenities. That said, Zebra Unicorn is branded as a boutique luxury hotel - a role in which it fails abysmally. Let's be clear regarding parameters: Luxury to me means being free of all concern. 'The overall experience in this hotel could have been better. The design and ambiance are charming, but there are too many points of attention. We felt that the room was not that clean (cleaned Some spilled water off the Floor with a tissue, it came off black). Spotted a mosquito corpse on wall. Staff could have been friendlier. We did need to check out one day early and were denied a refund on our bill because reservations were made through a third party stating they are not able to accommodate this request. 'My first time there and we loved it! As we walked in we were greeted by Jr. who was beyond helpful walked us through all the property amenities. Our room was very nice- I was very impressed. The pool and arcade were of course my daughter’s favorites. Parking is gated which made me even more comfortable. We will be staying there again and I will be recommending The Kennedy to my family and friends. '

'Zwembad vol met rommel op de bodem. Was in tijden niet schoon gemaakt. Ontbijt goed maar men was een sleutel kwijt van de koelkast en konden daardoor veel dingen niet pakken, zoals yoghurt en eieren . De Spa was ook slecht, stonk muf en zag er slonzig uit. Kortom, voor ons geen 2e keer'

'I had a great experience from the couple that runs the motel. My car broke down and they were very understanding of my problem and allow me to get a mechanic fix my car in their parking lot. Very pleasant experience and the room was extremely clean!!'
