'Everything was acceptable uncomfortable. The building was just getting older. But very functional in a good place to stay if you have someone graduating from Lackland Air Force Base.'

'If you plan to arrive late not a great experience. Hotel is well secured. You can’t get to the front desk to ck in. I finally noticed a sign on a window that states ring bell for late night ck in. No reply for 15 mins. I recalled the number that I had called about 6 pm to let them know I was arriving late person said no problem we will be here. Same person answer in a groggy voice I told them I was there and had rung the bell and no answer. Barely opened the'

'This property was the worst ever. The bed sheets was black and nasty the bathtub has mold and the room smelled like mold. Property was a mess and everything was stained. The front counter was not responding to the rooms and i left and got a refund. While i was getting my refund 4 other families that had just gotten there returned to the office to get a refund as well. I had never seen such a nasty hotel in my life!'

'Breakfast was nice, check-in guy with the portable oxygen was very rude. I can’t believe he would even be hired to work there. Not welcoming at all and had a very bad attitude. The rest of the staff was kind except for him. We requested towels and never got them. Our room had mold in the shower, found bottles of alcohol unopened in towels in the bathroom.. very odd… '
