Vakantiehuizen in Southside

'This is a beautiful property with a resort feel. It is well maintained and conveniently situated in a part of the city accessible to all the things a guest would want to do most. the decor was quite lush and nicely echoed the German and even a bit of the Spanish mission aesthetic of central Texas. I was impressed with how lush the gardens were for an August in Texas! The only thing I would point out, is that the sleeping accommodations are better suited for a couple with 2 smaller children...

'Easy check in and communication with host! Perfect spot close to base, clean house!'

'This is more like a garage apartment for someone that doesn't mind stay in a forgotten part San Antonio.'

'The perfect stay! The house was clean, well stocked, and the owners were excellent with communicating. The only things I'd recommend is to have a stool to get into the beds bc they are pretty high off the ground (but very comfortable!). I was bummed that it was too hot, even at night to use the hot tub, but I'll definitely be back in cooler weather!'

'This home was exactly what we were looking for. It was spotless, comfortable, and felt very welcoming. There was plenty of room for everyone, the parking was easy, and the neighborhood was quiet. The host was friendly and quick to answer any questions. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book this home again if we’re back in the area. Highly recommend!'

'Great location for BMT graduation and plenty of room. Pool was nice and refreshing. Host was in communication and neighborhood seemed to be safe. Cottage House was clean and had plenty of amenities!Would use it again if ever in area again.'

'The house was very welcoming and accommodating for my family.'

'This was an amazing stay, one of the best hosts we’ve had. The property is nice and cozy. The host, Martha is awesome! Very responsive and helpful. Property is clean, the inside was immaculate and tidy. 10/10 would stay here again, HIGHLY recommend this for a place to stay. My wife and I as well as our 3 young children fit no problem here. Went all over San Antonio to explore and visit places. '

'We had such a great stay and would definitely book this home again! The location was perfect, with everything we needed close by, and the house was very spacious and comfortable for our whole family, including our pets. We really enjoyed all the games they had at the house which made spending time together at the house even more fun.The kitchen was also a huge plus for us. We were able to cook and enjoy family meals together, and it was stocked with plenty of dishes and everything we needed. The...

'Loved Martha she was so sweet and willing house was really pretty we enjoyed our stay amazing place'

'Loved this home so much, kitchen is huge and everything was perfect thank you!!!'

'It was good'

'Everything was pristine. The back yard isn’t connected to the house by a door, I would not stay with kiddos that need to be outside. The house is great, beds are comfy and rooms are large. We had a perfect time. Once in a while the air conditioning doesn’t quite keep up, but it was a dreadfully hot week we were there. Communication is spot on fast.'

'Great location to Sea World and downtown with grocery stores very close by. Host was quick to respond to water leak and repair. Kitchen does have used pans, however, no pot holders. Sure if I mentioned to host, they would have brought some over. Extra fans provided upstairs. Poole table and theater nice to have available. We didn't use the backyard or grill. Gave four stars for cleaniness due to snacks/drinks under theater sofa from a prior renter.'

'It was clean and nice for the family to stay'

'The property was very, very, very clean. Gabriel, the host, is wonderful. He was very accommodating. We had no issues. I would stay there again. The property is in a great location. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.'
