Vind je ideale hotel in Southside

'Everyone at the front desk was polite, courteous and attentive, with a friendly demeanor. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms looked to be recently remodeled. I was in town for the Airforce graduation ceremonies. This hotel is close to the Lackland base, with a convenience store on the corner, a delicious authentic Mexican restaurant next door, and only about a 10 mile drive to Downtown San Antonio Riverwalk, its the perfect choice for price and comfort. 10/10 would stay here again!'

'Check in staff were very helpful and nice. The room smelled fresh and everything was clean. The hot tub was working but they did let us know it had some sand from a leak , no worries. Location was quiet and close to the base.'

'When we arrived to the property there was a sign on the door that said they had limited availability due to being under construction. However the area felt unsafe the manager did state they had no rooms available. That it was a system error on behalf Expedia she did not understand why they allowed me to book. She then gave me a letter stating I canceled the room. Instead of stating why we did not stay there the letter stated other wise. Just crossing my fingers I don’t get charged by the...
