« Super de beau motel, bon service, le seul inconvénient nous nous sommes fait brisé une vitre de notre véhicule dans le stationnement pourtant le stationnement était clôturé, nous étions au mauvais endroit au mauvais moment nous ne tenons pas rigueur au Motel ce n'est pas de leur faute. Nous avons eu un excellent service de la part du personnel du motel. Et si c'est à refaire on louerais au même endroit. »

« Dormir avec boules quiès dans un établissement de ce niveau là est toujours gênant. En effet, d'énormes ventilateurs soufflent toute la nuit côté piscine et ils sont terriblement bruyants. Si le service bar et restaurant est impeccable, l'accueil n'est pas arrangeant, que ce soit pour justement de changer de chambre ou pour rallonger un séjour... Service minimum. »

« Housekeeping kept coming into the room unannounced 2x, hot water took longer to come on, the fridge in the room was leaking water and not working, and the light by the bedside was flickering. »

« The tile shower in my room was in poor repair. Cracked tile that had a very large caulk joint to keep it from leaking. Poor caulking around the base of shower. The looks of the shower made you not enjoy it. Loose tiles in the floor when you walked. Carpet in the room wasn’t vacuumed very well. »

« Had a horrible experience at this hotel. My truck was broken into while parked 7 spots away from the main entrance to the hotel lobby. Worst part is there were many other vehicles that had gotten broken into that same night that were also parked in the hotel parking lot. My window was smashed and truck completely ransacked. I was later informed by the front desk, that they have a security guard who works overnight and is on a golf cart patrolling the lot. Come to find out from another employee...
