'The room was clean. Had normal amenities. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. Close to Lackland Air Force Base. Restaurants close They gave us complete instructions on how to get on base for all the graduates activities. The best part of this hotel was location , location. It was great for our family. '

'Excellent staff, helpful. Room was obviously dated, but clean. Two queen beds stuffed into the room, so there was no chair for relaxing to watch tv. (Chose this one, as a king room wasn't available.) So if one person sits on the desk chair, the other must sit on the bed. Not ideal. Beds were comfy enough, pillows were the best. Both the woman at the desk at check in was the best - very helpful. And the woman stocking the breakfast was also the best, very friendly and helpful.'

"Parking tariff are a rip off. Everytime you leave the parking they charge 20 usd plus tax overnight is 34 usd. Parking is more expensive then staying there. Whoever thought of this policy should be fired."

"Groundfloor looks nice, but rooms are old and lifts are very small. No diner available, this can be bought in adjacent restaurant with the same name. We where told it has no affiliation with the hotel. Rooms are big but outdated and bathroom was also out of date and uncomfortable."
