The home was filthy, carppet had dirt stains/spots, it had not been cleaned. The bed sheets were dirty on several of the beds. IT's as though they just turned the sheets around. The sheets were wrinkled as if someone slept in the bed and just half made it back up.

Nice clean home inside & out. My family & I really enjoyed our time here, lounging on the patio right on the pond/lake. Quiet neighborhood with ducks walking around. Yes, I would stay here again. Yes, I do recommend this place.

The local is excellent. The host is very responsive. The property is only 15-20 minutes to attractions and downtown Memphis. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The house is large and comfortable. If you like to cook meals, there are no pizza pans, mixing bowls and steak knives. So plan accordingly or ask the host. There was no blow dryer and we didn’t pack one so we had to purchase one since we were there for a family wedding. But, all and all, if we visit the area again, I would consider this property again.

Do not waste your money here. We were here for a softball tournament for 6 hours in the heat, when we got back to the house the air conditioner did not work and was 80 degrees for the whole 4 days. You have to pay money to use the game machine that is upstairs. The ceiling is falling down cracks in the walls. The place wss not cleaned and the dishes were still in the dishwasher still wet from the previous stay. We had reached out to the host and nothing was resolved with the air conditioner. The bed had false eye lashes in them. The shower in one of the bathroom was not usable do to the shower head falling off. The one bathroom upstairs has a faucet that just leaks all day and just rins water. The downstairs toilet in the master bathroom is not even attached. Their is a possibility that there is black mold do to 2 out of the 3 kids had bloody noses. We ended out stay a day and a half early because the heat was unbearable. It also says that there are working smoke detectors but they are not even hooked up.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home. The home was spacious, very clean, and overall absolutely beautiful. It was perfect for our family gathering during a wedding weekend, and everyone especially enjoyed the game room — the kids had a great time upstairs.One thing to note is that if you plan to cook for a large group, you may want to bring additional kitchen utensils and extra towels. We love cooking together as a family instead of eating out, but the kitchen was not fully stocked for preparing meals for a larger group, and there were not enough towels to comfortably accommodate all guests.The only major issue we experienced was that the air conditioning upstairs was not working, properly. I contacted the owner and sent a picture to ensure the unit was one (due to previous renters turning it off) and was informed that no one could come out to repair it over the weekend, which was understandable, but it did make the upstairs area — especially the game room and bedrooms — very uncomfortable for the guests staying there. We did have access to fans for those rooms.Overall, we still had a nice stay and appreciated the beauty and space of the home. With a few improvements, this property could easily provide an even better experience for large families and groups. Thank you Terrance for being responsive and we really enjoy staying there and not having major issues during a weekend that was already busy.

The house could really use better cleaning procesures. The front door glass was dirty, the walls and trim throughout were scuffed and dirty, the window sills, blinds, mantels, and ceiling fans were covered in dust; and the cabinets felt sticky. There was no hand soap in the upstairs bath, and no hand towels anywhere. The kitchen had no pot holders or dish towels. The dishes in the cabinet were not clean, and if they had been, there were only 5-6 plates. There was water damage on the ceiling in the great room and master bath. Several blinds had broken slats. The host would only offer a refund of the cleaning fee, which I felt was insufficient response for the condition of the property. The beds and couches were comfortable. I would not recommend the listing and will not book it again.

We did not cook in the kitchen while there, so I cannot answer with certainty the kitchen was equipped adequately. I do know the microwave was dirty. I was disappointed there was not a coffee pot for K-cups.Also, for what the cleaning fee cost, and having a baby there, I feel the entire house could have been much cleaner. The floors were not very clean and none of the banister or baseboards appeared to have been cleaned or dusted. There was at least an inch thick of dust on the fans and baseboards and the downstairs bathtub wasn't clean. Also, the hand soap was empty.The toilet in the master bath needs some attention, and the wall in front of it looked as if something nasty had been smeared on it. Also, upon paying for the rental I did not intend to include the insurance, but was unable to go back and decline it. We are very careful renters and have never damaged or broken anything.The house overall is nice and in a nice-looking neighborhood. It does need some TLC, but it was very convenient for what our needs were. The Host was very nice and helpful. He quickly responded when contacted.

First family vacation with almost everyone there

Property was nice, home nice, not enough silverware (had to buy our own), a lot of flies inside house. Not enough towels or washcloths (also had to buy our own), the place was not in my opinion cleaned properly. Shower upstairs also clogged every time about 3-4 inches high. Still trash under couches, under cushions. Only reason I know is when I leave a home that we have stayed in, I strip beds and all. When I proceeded to do this. Trash was underneath couches, cushions and beds. I DID NOT do there job when I saw this. REPEAT I DID NOT DO THERE JOB.The water does get nice and hot when washing dishes.
