The ad for the Treehouse was completely deceiving. It stated that it had 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has one bedroom downstairs and one full bathroom. Upstairs was a loft with two beds. No bathroom. We had to go downstairs to a half bath to go to bathroom. THEN, if we wanted to take a shower, we had to go outside in the freezing cold and walk down 30 wooden steps to go to a shower housed by an outdoor living area. Most inconvenient thing I have ever seen with cameras pointed towards the shower door. There was NO dishwasher. Who doesnât have a dishwasher in 2024 and then doesnât reveal it? No Ice. At all. The main house slept 6 IF you wanted people to sleep in the same room which was definitely NOT the case for us. I didnât want to sleep in the same room with my mother and she didnât want to sleep in the bed downstairs with her 79 year old mother. The only other option were baby beds in a treehouse across the walkway made into bunk beds. Iâm 6â1 and could never fit in one of those. The only tub in the establishment was in the primary bedroom downstairs. The water was cut off so guess what? Nobath or shower for my grandmother for 3 nights over Christmas. She couldnât go on a walker down 30 stairs in the freezing cold to get to the only other shower. When we asked for at least a partial refund due to no water and the deceiving ad, they hardly communicated and then refused claiming they tried to send out maintenance..who arrived the morning we were checking out.
