'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. When our room was cleaned the Versace pillows were thrown on the floor. There was an extra sheet laying on my suitcase??? and the curtains were...

'Our room was lovely, very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very soft and it would have been nice to have it firmer. The shower was a beautiful rain shower and it was also spacious. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the restaurant was lovely. We will definitely be staying here again.'
