Chalets à South Rim

« Very comfortable stay »

« Well…we were only given one towel per person for 5 days. We could request more but they don’t respond to texts. We reached out to host via text per their request to speak to them about some issues we had and wanted to address but never received any communication from the host. So although it was clean and met our basic needs, for the price point I expected better communication. »

« The beds were clean, but some of the horizontal surfaces need to be dusted. Do not run the AC on "auto" as it will shut off after a couple of hours. Once I selected AC/fan only, cold air started to flow through the registers. The tini house still would not cool down even with mild outdoor temps. In late August i texted through VRBO chat to cancel. ...

« Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war top. Super schnelle Antworten. »
