The ladies at the reception are doing their utmost to accommodate all needs & wishes of their staying guests. It seems this is a very harmonious team altogether. 'Room was spotless and spacious we had a beautiful view of the snow on the mountains just like the website shows! Modern looking room. Shower water needs to be adjusted to flow a lot more as it was low pressure. Mattress on trundle bed only had the lower mattress only. Satisfied for first time with this hotel friendly staff and easy check in. Would stay here again. '

'Very nice hotel! Friendly and welcoming staff, spacious and very clean rooms. The room has its own kitchen, and the bathroom is quite large and comfortable. The room itself is really big and very cozy. The hotel building is comfortable and well maintained. Free parking for cars is available, which is a big plus. Everything is very convenient, with useful places located right across the hotel. Check-in is very easy and smooth. Breakfast is also available. The only downside is that it is small...
