'First time staying here, only stayed one night, but the front desk was very polite and helpful with restaurant suggestions. We were checked in quickly and our room was very clean, roomy and all lights worked, tv was a nice size and the shower had great pressure and temperature was perfect. The beds were comfy and clean, the only little thing was the pillows, they were way too soft, but having two per person did help a bit. We got good sleep and we all enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn.'

'Relatief nieuw hotel, maar met veel gebreken. De eerste indruk is goed. Er was maar 1 lift in gebruik die erg langzaam is. Af en toe erg lang wachten. Zwembad gaf veel geluidsoverlast evenals het terras buiten. Geluid van buiten dringt makkelijk door. We hadden een extreem lawaaierig airconditioning. Service kwam snel en heeft de AC wat verschoven. Maakte niet meer extreem veel geluid maar vraag mij af of het niet binnen enkele dagen weer zou gebeuren. Heerlijk om niet in bad te hoeven...

'Everything was great and as expected with this particular franchise choice. I can often count on Fairfields to be nice regardless of where they are in the country. My only request, and this is not a slam, nor a negative comment in any way, is that they add vanilla creamer. Normally hotel chains have this option and this one did not for whatever reason. It's just one of the small things I enjoy and look forward to on trips. I highly recommend this chain and l9carion for your stay.'

'The staff is amazing, But the hotel needs major renovations. The elevator was broken on our stay. The rooms were overly sprayed with deoderizer to mask the smell of old cigarettes.'

I did not get the chance to try breakfast but from what I saw it was a pretty good variety with a nice sitting room. One issue I did encounter this time was when I needed to print something, and not a single one of the 4 staff members there knew the password to the guest user on the two computers. They also did not seem too enthused to help until I made it...

'Always enjoy staying here. The rooms are great for our little family. Enough space so we are not feeling crowded. Happy hour and breakfast are always fresh and there is something for all of us! This is the only place we stay when we travel to Lubbock.'

'Tracy was awesome...but that was where the awesomeness ends.... This place is in some desperate need of some maintenence and cleaning. The carpet is coming up in the rooms, tiles in the bathroom are uneven. The shower curtains are too short for the shower, so a constant flood in the bathroom, meaning constant trips to the front desk for more towels...because there was 0 housekeeping in our room even with a 3 night stay. No soap/shampoo etc in our bathroom. Garbage was always in the...

'Light in room wasn’t working, water in sink does not drain. No microwave or possibility to make coffee and tea in room. Coffee and tea at reception were cold. Hotel doesn’t look clean. Room was clean. '

'This place once shined a long time ago, you can tell. It’s pretty run down, it’s not fancy so don’t expect it to be. The beds are rough, everything just looks rough. However, I was looking for something wallet friendly. I wasn’t going to be in the room very long, just needed a place to sleep. I stayed here two nights. Beds are rough, pillows are thin, sofa bed was run down. Kitchen had nothing, not even soap so don’t expect it. Sheets were clean, bed was made when I came back, AC worked....
