The space
Plenty of room for up to 8 guests to spread out with almost 1900 square feet of indoor living space. The large main living area features a 65” Smart TV and plenty of seating for up to 8. The huge dining room features a gas fireplace and large oak table with seating for 8. The kitchen adjacent is spacious and well equipped with a table and seating for another 4. There are smart TV’s in all 4 bedrooms and the master bath features a walk in shower and jacuzzi! Plenty of outdoor seating on the 16’ x 32’ front deck facing the river with casual seating for 8 around the fire pit, bar seating for 8 facing the river and dinner seating for 8 under roof with a ceiling fan and beautiful view of the river. The entire deck is lighted with LED string lights! The back deck has seating for 8 under roof with a view of the distant mountains, large back yard with thick grass and working farm. There’s also a large dedicated office space with, desk, table and 2 chairs and high speed fiber wireless internet! The concrete drive has plenty of parking measuring 21’ x 106’. Easy access for boats and RV's.

Guest access
Entire house, 16' x 32' deck and approximately (1) acre yard. Plenty of room for yard sports. In addition, there is over 500 feet of beautiful, mowed riverbank that you can enjoy.
