« Positives- excellent location from across the beach access, 2nd and 3rd floors easily accessible via stairs, great air conditioner. Negatives- very dated/used/dirty couch, 5 bikes on-site and none worked, Torn outside cushions, broken bathroom door handle that we had to fix.
