"l'ambiance generale et la reception didn't felt like usual Hilton. they don't maintain a rare beach in front. that make feel the experience ordinary and there were construction noise until 19h40 late. pool and room were ok everything were too much overprice about drink and meal.."

"Loin du service auquel on aurait pu s’attendre. Tout d’abord nous attendons la navette trois quarts d’heure alors qu’il était prévu de venir nous chercher après un appel téléphonique. Oups, le chauffeur vous a oublié. Bravo… nous sommes deux couples concernés. Accueil mitigé Ensuite, on a voulu prendre un cocktail dans le restaurant au bord de la plage, on nous a complètement ignoré Les chambres sur pilotis sont plutôt agréables. Et enfin, aux dires des clients, le restaurant est horrible, nous avons donc fini par dormir dans cet hôtel et prendre le cocktail et manger dans l’hôtel à côté. Publier le wi-fi inexistant, on te dit que sa fonctionne dans les parties communes mais c’est vraiment aléatoire En clair pour un hôtel de cette gamme, tour ça est inadmissible est vraiment pas la hauteur de Bora et de l’accueil polynésien"

"Very nice hotel , clean bedroom , large mirror and coffee maker in the bedroom , very efficient air conditioning . Beautiful and large swimming pool where we can swim laps . There is a basketball hoop in the swimming pool , it's very funny . Plenty of parkings space for the cars . This hotel is located in the city center . There are plenty of restaurants and shops all around next to the hotel . There is a very large and beautiful beach 5 minutes walk from the hotel . We stayed 27 nights Thank you very much to the entire hotel team Guam plaza resort ."
