This beautiful open-concept condo is just the place for your next family vacation to South Lake Tahoe. This rental features a comfortable living area and a kitchen with breakfast bar seating. The deck right off the main room is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the South Lake Tahoe sunshine. You'll have access to shared pools.

You'll love being located steps away from the beaches of Lake Tahoe and within walking distance to State Line and Ski Run Boulevard. On the property, there are two shared swimming pools for you to enjoy. Only a mile away, you will find casinos, shopping, a wide variety of restaurants and nightlife.

Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are in use in the common areas only.

Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We love Lakeland Village and stay here for our annual family trip in the summer. The location and proximity to the water are bar none. This property has amenities for all ages. The only minor complaints I have about this specific unit are that the shower/bath doesn’t drain properly and has standing water. Also, the oven would not heat to the correct temperature. Luckily we were able to snag a BBQ out by the water. This unit is fairly outdated, but overall it is spacious and we would stay here again!

Dirty and needs updating!

Our reservation was for 5 nights but we left after 4 due to the unit. The good: location, kitchen and dining table were decently clean, kitchen had basic supplies. Beds were comfortable. Cons: Decor and Unit is very dated, old big brown furniture that is too big for the living area and makes walking around hard. Coffee tables are very unstable. The patio screen door was broken and leaning on the house. No screens on the windows in the loft which gets very hot. Windows and surrounding area filthy and covered with spider webs and dead bugs. Many spiders in the unit including a black widow in one bedroom and a spider in my bed. Spiderwebs everywhere inside and out, on patio, entrance of unit, this unit needs serious pest control. The bathroom is awful only 1 shower and when you shower it doesn't drain so you stand in 6 inches of dirty water. Mold in the bathroom and very dingy and dirty around the edges. Needs remodeled. Carpet is old and stained. We've stayed in many units in this complex and this was the worst, only one we've left early from. Reached out to Vacasa and they sent someone to blow off the patio and offered to reclean the unit but who wants to pack all their food and belongings up to have it cleaned. It should've been clean when we arrived, that's what every guest pays for with their reservation. We tried to make the best of it but toward the end everyone was grossed out by the unit. We all left a day early. Reached out to Vacasa, waiting for a response.

Good location

Location was good, everything else was sub-par. The WiFi password was incorrect and we had to call the front desk to get the accurate password. Laundry closet was locked and the listed stated that it was available. Door to the full bathroom and king bedroom was warped and difficult to close. Overall is was just fine.

Great Location

The spacious condo I rented was just a short walk to the beach, which was convenient. There were also restaurants nearby, which was great. The condo was also close to Heavenly Ski Resort, which was perfect. The washer and dryer are not in the actual condo, but there was access to them onsite for a fee. Unfortunately, the property owner did not provide the door code. Luckily, the property management was able to work around the problem and create a working code for us.

The property was very centrally located and overall the condo was nice. Could use a few upgrades; dining table sticky from washing w water; needs more wine glasses and most importantly better check in instructions. They were horrible and we had three days locking and unlocking the front door! So frustrating

The carpets were filthy!!! Scuff marks all over the doors and walls. One bed was absolutely unusable. One of our guests had to sleep on the couch. When asked about how to fix it. They just gave excuse after excuse.

The property itself was average. There was dirty dishes in the cabinet, the kitchen wasn’t stocked that good (only 1 large Pyrex), the fridge is very loud and the pot holders were dirty. The information about check in is incorrect. It said to call on Sundays or for late check in but turns out the office is open on Sundays. It would be nice to have directions on where the condo is located in the complex/the name of the parking lot. There was plenty of bedding and fans.

Nice location but needs indoor updates

The check-in should be earlier than 4pm and the check-out later than 10am for the price that we are paying. They did a general clean up however there was definitely not a deep cleaning, there were spiderwebs, the floors were dirty including under the sofas and tables, the tabletop was dirty and dusty as well (Vacasa offered to clean the unit while we were staying but we preferred our privacy). The outdoor table was very dirty and dusty too. The sink is clogged in the first level bathroom and the coffee maker works but is not that good. There was a huge crack in the glass of the oven door. The pillows on the bed smelled not fresh and the extra pillows in the closets had no pillowcases on them. The extra blankets and extra pillows had an old smell. The only bath/shower in the unit was slippery when wet and no mats for safety. The tennis court was closed and we were not notified. Contacted Vacasa by VRBO for general questions and we did not get any answers back. The codes provided by Vacasa for the pool, sauna and hot tub were wrong so we had to go to the Lobby. The location is great and we were happy that there are so many activities within walking distance. We were pleased that the kitchen was fully loaded with plates, dishes, cookware, silverware, ect.. It is nice that they provided dish soap, towels, paper towels, dishwasher, bath soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, hair drier.

Not a good long stay - disappointing.

So much promise, so many little (and big) problems. Up front - our family was seeking a week long relaxing vacation stay. There are several issues with this residence that prevented this. Admittedly, we started off on a bad foot due to two safety issues that happened on arrival. So the bad - and the good: - The bad news - *A knife was left on the bottom stairs and a shard of glass on the second flight of stairs - both stairs were taken by our daughter on arrival and we are glad we did not have an accident.* *The condo is advertised for 8-10 people - there were only 3 forks and 4 spoons* *There is no accessible laundry in the condo, not good for long stays, esp with kids* *The safety bar on the bunk bed is not sufficient to protect a child from falling* *The main bedrooms are on the bottom floor - there is no sound insulation from second floor so any nap times or early sleepers will be disturbed by even light walking on second floor* *No wine opener? The biggest sin :)!* *Vacasa didn't do much to make up for the safety issues raised above* The good: - Gas / wood fireplace - Next to beach - fun locale, walkable to Whole Foods - Hot water for showers

Birthday Outing

This was a celebration weekend for my daughter and a few of her friends. Everyone had a great time (would have been nice to know the pool was closed). Lake access was perfect...and Heavenly Village was a short Lime Scooter ride away.
