Located at the prestigious Marriott Grand Residence, you will have access to all resort amenities along with glorious scenery, world-renowned skiing, mountain biking/hiking, scenic cruises, and first class nightlife.

You will be booking this property from the unit's owner, who is happy to answer your questions. There is valet parking for one vehicle with a $45/day fee. Please note that Marriott charges a one-time cleaning fee of $180 upon checkout.

Love Tahoe

The property was awesome. Everything was comfortable and well equipped. We loved sitting on the balcony every evening and enjoying a glass of wine or cold beer after a long day of hiking. The location was great - we were surrounded by shops and restaurants. We will return for another stay.

Great location, great condo and great Marriot property…. we will be back!

Everything was perfect! Very clean, friendly front desk staff and super clean Marriot property. One request-A cutting board and washer in dryer inside the condo would make it extra perfect. Hopefully the grocery store across the street will reopen which is only steps away. Murphy bed and sofa bed have memory foam mattresses. Very comfortable. The layout of the condo is very accommodating. The location is ideal. Near shops and eateries. Gondola steps away. Skiing is fabulous. Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items. Ski check is convenient. Looking forward to return for another ski trip!

A True S. Lake Tahoe Gem

This property has it all!! Proximity to Heavenly Gondola, Raleys supermarket, Starbucks, and many restaurants just a few minutes away, very clean and roomy accommodation, fireplace in both living area and bedroom. To top it all off, working with owner Cynthia was a dream!! She’s extremely prompt and easy to work with. I’m already looking forward to a return trip.

Fun Weekend

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Good central location, check-in process was easy and the unit is within walking distance to all we wanted to do. We had to use owners last name for wireless access, which wasn't a problem, just something to be aware of. Thanks for the great weekend.

Great Place to Stay But Be Sure of Details of Reservation

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the condo at the Marriott Grand Residence Club. The condo is very modern, clean, spacious and well equipped. We used the kitchen for breakfasts, used both of the big screen TVs and both fireplaces as well. The location is great near many restaurants, shopping, groceries, and the Heavenly gondola. The only negative was the check-in process and front desk. When we arrived they did not have our reservation and we waited abt 30 mins for them to figure it out....it wasn't under my name..it was under the owners name. Luckily I had communicated with her in advance and knew her name or they would not have found our reservation at all because they had no record of me by my name. Then, for the rest of the stay they called us by her name anytime we used the desk or the valet service. Also someone called for me to the front desk and they told him there is nobody here by that name as a result. Not a bid deal in the end, but very scary showing up and not having a reservation. Also, could not use my Marriott Rewards number here...presumably already used by the owner for this stay.
