    The single-story layout is perfect for guests seeking stair-free living, with an open design that creates a warm, inviting flow throughout the main living space. Perfect house for us

We had a wonderful time staying at the back nine! The location in South Lake Tahoe was perfect. Close to Emerald Bay, fallen leaf lake, camp Richardson, casinos. The view out the back was just gorgeous! So much privacy and space! We spent hours in the hot tub, playing games on the lawn, and playing some golf. The tv room was perfect for watching the Olympics and we had some good pool tournaments with the living room pool table. It fit our group of 10 perfectly and there were plenty of towels and linens, all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was great for making some big meals and the grill worked well. Having no AC was as not a problem at all during our July visit. The temperatures were perfect. We couldn’t had a better time and hope we can return!

Beautiful home, great location! Well stocked, clean, and maintained. Golf course view was amazing. Hot tub and pool table kept all entertained. Short drive to Emerald Bay and Camp Richardson. Highly recommend.

Greats views during the winter. Older home, but comfy

Single floor plan with bunkbeds for my grand-kiddos. Hot tub is a nice addition, but only worked for one day- Nice and quiet. We had 8 total in the house and had plenty of room. The pool table has a hit!

Location

Great location central to Heavenly and Kirkwood. Hot tub was a necessity with its aggressive jets apres ski. Bill, the property manager, was responsive to any needs we had.

It was very spacious and a perfect location. We enjoyed the hot tub. Although, the hot tub wouldn’t heat, the sliding door was broken, the big fridge did not keep our food cold nor frozen so we had a lot of food go bad. We did see several cockroaches in the kitchen, the AC did not work so we used the fans that were in The bedrooms.

Family of 6 stuck in heavy snow

We are up in Tahoe every year. This year has been particularly snowy. Thank god we had a spacious house. The kids could go out to play in the snow make snow angels and build snowmen! We sat in the hot tub. Everything was plowed early so we could get out. When we couldn’t ski we played board games and pool. Vacasa was also super responsive and helpful if you needed anything! It is an older Home but well worth it.

Lovely home with a beautiful view

This is the second time we have rented this home. The house has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable but one of the rooms gets a ton of sunlight in the morning so after the first morning we slept there we just used a different room. The living room, dining nook area and kitchen have a beautiful view of the golf course and the mountain. The kitchen is big and has everything you could need, other than consumables obviously. If you have a large group you might want to know there are only tvs in the living room and one of the bedrooms and they only have a roku to access Netflix, Hulu and such, there's no cable tv. For us that was just fine but it's good to know. The heating system is a little quirky with three control panels but once you figure out how it works it's not a problem. When we arrived at the property there were bags of trash in the garage probably from the previous renters. When we opened the hot tub it looked like it needed a bit of cleaning and the water level was low. The property management company was very easy to get ahold of and immediately sent someone out to take care of the hot tub and grab the bags of trash. I didn't knock off any stars for those two things because these things happen and they took care of it immediately. The only real negative about the home is the need for some additional window coverings. The two bathrooms face the golf course and their isn't anything covering the windows so when you shower sometimes you can see people walking by which makes for a slightly uncomfortable showering experience. The living room dining nook area also faces the golf course and could use a curtain or blinds for the sliding door, again because of the people walking by. Most of the day it's fine because we would have everything open because of the view but it would be nice to be able to close everything up when needed. We thoroughly recommend this property if it suits your needs. We enjoyed our stay each time we rented this home and we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location to spend a snowy couple of days.

The home is at the end of a court so it is nice and quiet. There is plenty of space to spread out in the home. The beds that were slept in were all comfy. The kitchen was well stocked so if you are making any meals there you should have most of what you could need other than spices and such. Some people might want to know there ars only two televisions, one in the living room and one in one of the bedrooms. Two tvs worked out perfectly for our group but if you have more people, especially kids, just know there are three bedrooms without television. Our only real complaint would be that the home needs a few more window coverings. The living room has a beautiful view out the back but there is a constant stream of people walking by during the day. It is a golf course but I guess during the winter people just hike through the area. The big slider door in the living/dining area is uncovered so everyone going by can see you in the living room and dining room. It would be nice to be able to close some drapes or blinds when you're eating breakfast sitting around in your pajamas. The other areas that need window coverings are the two bathrooms. They both face the back of the home as well and with the people walking by it makes for a very uncomfortable showering experience. Window coverings are something that is easily addressable so I didn't feel that warranted knocking off a star. I would definitely recommend this home and would love to stay there again in the future.

This was a Super spacious house with fantastic accommodations. All the rooms are big as well as the yard! It was perfect for all our snow activities and ended in the hot tub! Definitely will rent again!

The Best Vacation Home

This home was the best vacation home we’ve ever stayed in, and believe me, we’ve stayed in plenty. The home seriously has a dream kitchen! There’s a 6 burner stove, two ovens, two microwaves, two sinks. I was amazed. The backyard is big and beautiful, it was filled with fresh powdery snow. The hot tub was amazing and already set to go upon our arrival. The house is one story but it is huge! We played with the pool table everyday. U can tell it’s an older house but with updated appliances and it’s more modernized overall. I can’t think of any con’s with this property. I will say that the email that was sent to me didn’t have the correct code to the lockbox but I called the number provided and within 5 mins, I had the correct code. Everyone had so much fun playing in the snow in the backyard. The shopping centers and markets are just down the hill. Such a good place, especially for the price. Thank you!

Great (mostly) accessible space for the family!

We booked this house because it's hard to find rentals in the Tahoe area that are single story or have accessible entry ways, due to my husband in a wheelchair. The front of the house has 2 separate single steps, but easily enough to get over in a chair with assistance, and it's easier to get in from there than the garage (2 high steps). Entire house is nice and flat (though carpeted, which is a bit harder for a manual wheelchair). Family room provides a great view into the large backyard so my husband could watch the kids playing outside rather than feeling isolated. Great open kitchen that was well-stocked. Master bath is large and wide with a built-in seat in it, but still has a small lip to get over (vs an actual roll-in). Shower head is super high up (though it's a handheld showerhead so you can easily take it down as long as you're taller than 5 feet). Plenty of towels/linens/soap. Really appreciated the laundry room w/plenty of space to hang wet items, and the vent and heat system to dry everything. Definitely coming back in the future!

The yard was the best part! The grassy area in the back was huge. The kids spent hours outside. The hot tub was a great addition, and the view was stunning! The one story, farmhouse style was so comfortable. Great place!

WONDERFUL TRIP WITH A FEW DOWNSIDES

It was very nice, but could use some work. The inside shower door comes off in your hands when moved. VERY DANGEROUS! The ice maker does not drop ice through the dispenser. The refrigerator was not set us for us to use. We had to work a while to figure out it was in holiday mode. That should be ready to use when arriving. Dishwasher does not clean dishes. We could not use the hot tub, even through we were charged a fee for it. The overall stay was wonderful.

Large comfortable place!

This is my families 3rd time in this house. It’s large, comfy, and set on the beautiful golf course. We love that the house is in Meyers, away from the crowds, and our kids love playing on the lawn. A few drawbacks are the sparse supplies in the kitchen and the few items that were not fixed already from previous years... screen door, living room window jammed, door hinge issues on one of the bedrooms, The dishwasher racks broken.

Would of been 5 stars but...

This house I so beautiful! The backyard with the golf course view!! Only 15 min away from the lake. Everything looked so clean and perfect until; we were packing getting ready to leave and the cleaning crew came 30 min early so we felt rushed to leave. I came back after being on the road for 20 min (forgot something) & I noticed the cleaning lady just making the beds! Not taking off the sheets to WASH THEM! She just remade the bed! I thought they wash all the sheets for the next guests to sleep in clean ones. I was super grossed out. It’s COVID SEASON! I just hope the sheets I slept in were clean :( !!!
