This 1644 square foot house gives a family or small group room to settle in. A king bedroom and a queen bedroom sit on the main level, with a third bedroom upstairs for the kids or extra guests. After a day on the mountain, wind down on the front deck, fire up the BBQ grill, and gather around the fire pit as the evening cools.

✦ A king and a queen bedroom are on the main level, with the third bedroom upstairs.
✦ During winter weather, chains or a 4WD vehicle may be required, and trip insurance is a smart idea.

HOUSE RULES:
✦ No parties or gatherings; celebrations or events are not permitted at any time.
✦ No smoking inside the property.
✦ Pets may be allowed with prior approval and an additional fee.
✦ Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM; guests are kindly asked to avoid noise or disturbances that may disrupt the peace of the neighborhood.
✦ Maximum of 2 vehicles; park only in designated areas.
✦ Maximum occupancy 6 guests.
✦ The primary renter must be 21 years or older and provide a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before check-in.
✦ Rental agreements must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
✦ Guests will be directed to a portal to sign the agreement and access their digital guidebook.
