'Staff at reception was very friendly, professional and flexible - truly a warm welcome. The room is very clean and spacious. The hotel is a bit dated but it's clean and the rooms are wonderful. The bed was comfortable. Truly a great getaway. The only downside of the ocean view rooms is that there is a little bar with very loud music on the opposite side of the road, but it stopped in time. 'De kamer die wij hadden, gelukkig voor 1 nacht, was niet geheel naar wens. Het bed was erg klein en met veren die voelbaar waren. We voelde ons niet geroepen om onder het laken op bed te slapen dus hebben we onder een handdoek geslapen. De airco deed het en ook de ventilator, alhoewel deze tijdens het draaien van het plafond leek af te komen. Douche, warm water was aanwezig en het aanwezige personeel leek vriendelijk en hard werkend.'

'We very much enjoyed our two night stay at Serenity cottages. Located at the very end of Shoal Bay East Beach in a quiet Harbor setting, you can relax in their smallish beach area watching the pelicans and other sea birds hunting for fish, or walk the entire length of the beach, which is quite gorgeous. The rooms were very spacious and the setting is extremely peaceful and quiet. There was no one around us, and we loved the complete privacy. Very pretty garden setting that lives up to its name....

'The staff are super friendly and provided useful tips and recommendations. When we needed more towels they were delivered quickly. The beds were comfortable and there was easy access to the beach. Everything on the island was within 30 minutes drive so the location was perfect. '
