'Great Property, but Service Needs a Personal Touch I had mixed feelings about my recent stay. On the positive side, the rooms were spotless and the property itself is in excellent condition. However, the service didn’t quite live up to the surroundings. I believe great hospitality is all about the little things, and a few details were missed during my visit: A Slow Welcome: After a long flight delay, I arrived around 8:00 PM. Unfortunately, the reception desk was empty. I waited about 10 minutes...

'Quick and easy checkin, clean room, easy parking and as expected. My only disappointment was that there was only powdered creamer for coffee in the lobby and thats minor for sure!'

'Parking is easy, the heating worked well, the rooms are spacious. I would recommend replacing the carpet in the elevator as it is worn out, and maybe putting some mirrors in there as well as it is too plain. '
