« La chambre que nous avions n’avait pas d’eau chaude. Après des tentatives pour régler le problème, on nous a finalement changé de chambre. La gérante en service a été très gentille. Elle a pris en charge notre problème jusqu’à ce qu’une solution satisfaisante soit trouvée. Nous la remercions. »

« Clean room. Slept well. Hotel was also clean. However, the breakfast time was the worst I’ve had and maybe forever. I believe they were shortstaffed. I went at 9 o’clock for breakfast. There was not one can of coffee out. Other foods were half full and not very warm. There were no spoons at all, even to eat oatmeal. I used a fork. I did go to the front desk and she came after a while and got me some coffee. I knocked on the kitchen door and she was inside washing cleaning. I’m just saying I...
