'Great location 17 minutes walk to the beach. Walkable distance to a convenience store and many restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful houses. The house is clean, spacious and cozy. Less than 30 minutes drive to the Hyannis Port where you can catch the fast-ferry to Nantucket island which was the purpose of our vacation. Lots of space to spread out, two bathrooms which was great, and comfortable beds. Had the essentials stocked and was a convenient location for exploring the area! 'The Genoa was a beautiful, clean, cozy cottage almost right on the beach! We especially loved having coffee on the deck in the mornings and walking on the beach in the evenings. The outdoor shower was also a favorite! The beach was great with visits from the ice cream truck which was fun and nostalgic! The Sailing Cow was also amazing- food was delicious and they had live music too!We are already talking about renting again next year! Thank you for such a lovely weekend!'

'Book this property! Over Easter weekend a group of 10 adults and 2 Boston Terriers had the pleasure of staying in this property. It was absolutely perfect for our group with plenty of space to spread out. The yard is completely fenced in. I didn't have to worry about the dogs any time I let them out.
