« What a beautiful hotel! The lobby alone is worth the price. The rooms are not as spectacular as the lobby. But it is a quibble. The neighborhood is lovely, too. »

« We had two rooms and I wish they were next to each other instead of a little ways apart. The housekeeping staff were super nice. Each time they saw us they asked if we need anything if they could do anything for us. Excellent housekeeping staff! »

« The room was clean and fresh, with a ton of space! All the amenities we needed, plenty to last the whole stay. The staff were friendly and cheerful, especially the breakfast team. The breakfast is ok, sort of - it’s free, or included, but the quality is so bad that we skipped it. I would never pay good money for those “eggs”. Sadly a disappointment compared to the rest of the experience. The coffee was ok. »

The lady that checked me in over charged me and I didn't know until I checked my checking account because she said she would email me a receipt which she didn't. When I brought up the overcharge to her she proceeded to tell me she wasn't sure but she thinks the hotel charges a hold for a one night stay plus the charge for my stay. This didn't make any sense because the hotel doesn't state that it holds a deposit or takes a...

« Not enough people at the front desk making line ups. The hostess at the restaurant was not nice or helpful, with a hint of arrogance…. We decided not to eat there. »

« False advertising We booked a suite that said it slept 7, so my family of 7 expected somewhere to sleep. When we got there we found 3 double beds. When we asked if there was a rollaway bed or a cot since there wasn't a pullout couch, or any couch, we were told that 3 people can sleep in bed. Then why not advertise the so called "suite" as a room for 9? My son slept on the floor for 2 days in a sleeping bag since we were refused any extra bedding. »
