« Schöne, gemütliche Betten, wunderbarer Service »

« Super efficient communication and very honorable owner! Highly recommend!! »

« I had to abandon this rental after only 2 hours. The floor was caving in.There were visible bugs. There was a strong smell of black mold and Raid bug spray. The bed felt like an air mattress.I ended up going to the Marriott for a good nights sleep. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at Fern Flats! The unit was clean, cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was great - very close to downtown and lots of restaurants nearby. The kitchen was well-stocked, and I really appreciated the small attention to details (like cotton rounds in the bathroom!). Would definitely recommend! »

« The home is very beautiful. It has a lot of charm. The neighbor hood was quiet. I would definitely reserve it again and recommend to others. »

« Super cute lil studio house. House was immaculate and all the towels and paper products were folded all hotel like. Nice touch. Host was great about communicating and check in/out proceedure was simple. Will be staying here on future trips to Wichita. »

« Everything was great. Easy to find. Our family had so much fun on our trip and enjoyed the house! »

« The property looked just as advertised. Clean & Pet friendly. The only thing that I would suggest is that the porch light be left on for guests as the block is really dark. »

« Outside prop »

« The location was perfect for us. My husband had surgery at Wesley and we wanted to bring our dog with us. It was easy for me to get to and from the hospital in about 10 minutes. The house was very comfortable and provided all the necessities we needed. Would highly recommend the house. Communication with the host was very easy. When I thought I needed to extend out check out they were great to accommodate. »

« As a travel nurse, finding a place with all the amenities I needed was a huge bonus. This cute little home had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with easy freeway access, making it convenient to get anywhere quickly. Although it’s close to the freeway, the traffic noise didn’t bother me since I’m used to city living. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and well-equipped place to stay, and I would happily recommend it to other travel nurses. »

« Cute place! »

« Basement was a little ugly »

« The sheets were not changed and we could not find any wash clothes. The front bedroom light refused to turn on in the morning. It looked like parts of the house had been cleaned. »

« The property was cute. »

« Cute little place for a nice price! My kids had a lot of fun exploring and looking at the antiques. »

« This was a great property. It is an older home and has its older home quirks, but they did not hinder our comfort, sense of security, or stay. It’s a great fenced yard for our dogs with green grass and great shade from the tree. The additional space in the basement also offered perfect privacy and idea of distance for our teenage daughter. It also stayed nice and cool down there for dogs in their kennels while we were out. If we are ever in Wichita again, we would definitely book again! »
