« Phenomenal stay all around, great clean and extremely well stocked and maintained flat in a perfect area that is incredibly walkable. We were able to park, drop off bags, head out the door and down the stairs walk the beach to a nice chowder place and back. I will definitely be looking up some other properties for a nice summer stay. »

The owner supplied all those items we all seem to forget. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Close enough to walk to Nye beach with shops and restaurants. « Upstairs king bed is very comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms seemed clean. Kitchen was ok, but the living and dining areas were not. There were ants and also termites (or flying ants). There were some broken lamp switches, no sponge to wash dishes, and the dishwasher door was tough to close. The pull out couch was well-worn and the mattress was very dirty. « Fantastic location, responsive and kind host. You can’t beat the view at this property. Super walkable to all the Nye Beach shops and restaurants. This home has everything you might need. Kitchen is well equipped. Everything was clean and tidy. I loved all the labeled notes. Makes it easy to figure out the switches and what goes whee.
