Flats in South Beach

'Nice marina view and nice bay view from the balcony. Not a great space for family of 4. It’s very tight. The Sofa pull out bed was very uncomfortable. This is better for one or two people for a night or two that are going out on a fishing charter or something like that.'

'The property is a little dated, but well maintained. Everything was clean and comfy. The communication with the host was excellent and definitely made this an easy experience! I would absolutely stay here again.'

'Lovely little place to stay! Well appointed, clean, and beds were comfortable. Only removed a star because there is no way to close curtains in the main area of the house with a deck that is used as a walkway to the second unit that runs immediately in front of the windows. People walking by can look right in and there is a light on all night that shines on the walkway. Would be great to add some curtains that give more privacy from neighbors in attached unit walking by late in the evening.'

'Right on the water ! Light bright room with great picture windows. Although it's a studio you don't feel like it is, big king bed looking out. Very convenient to shops , restrauants and Nye Beach. '
