'Clean warm room.'

'Absolutely perfect stay, from arrival, excellent breakfast, super comfy bed, good for parking, lovely staff, couldn't fault anything'

'The rooms are clean but I do feel it does need a bit of TLC or a quick makeover. The staff were helpful however did see much of them.'

'Room wasn't serviced - breakfast expensive - asked for poached eggs which came and tasted of vinegar - asked for fried eggs which came and yokes burst and hard'

'Probably the nicest hotel we have stayed in, parking was great, rooms were lovely, really friendly staff, breakfast was lovely, not far to to walk to the seafront or the lovely peasham park, overall 11 out of 10 if possibly, would definitely recommend the Albert Hotel.😃'

'- The shale beach across the road was the most amazing I have ever seen. - The menu is misleading. My husband wanted NO ALCOHOL beer because he is allergic to alcohol. The NO ALCOHOL beer on the menu said 0.0% alcohol. What arrived was what the waitress said was NO ALCOHOL but it actually was 0.5% alcohol. We sent it back, and I did tell the waitress the menu was incorrect and that she should mention it to management, but she did not seem interested in doing anything about it.'

'Zeer teleurstellend. Mooie ligging maar sterk verwaarloosd. De vloerbedekking in de kamer was goor, het kussen stonk, en de algemene indruk was een van verval. De receptionist paste hier goed bij... '

'This lovely apartment is just what we were looking for. The washing machine was a god send as we are travelling across the UK.'

'Very friendly host. Great value'

'A lovely little hotel situated near Peasholm Park. 10 minutes from North Bay and a scenic 35 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to South Bay (the more lively bay). Staff were excellent and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Food wise, do note that this hotel caters predominantly for the recently retired crowd (a very reasonably priced but very British menu such as kippers for breakfast and syrup sponge pudding with custard for pudding) We were the only people under 65 that I saw during my October...

'Het ontbijt is net als het hotel gedateerd. Het oogt mooi binnen en buiten, dat is oke, maa4 de kamer en het eten zijn niet uit deze tijd. De tijd staat er stil'
