Pensions in South Auckland

'Love this place. Feels like stepping back in time but with modern comfort. Bed was super comfy, room was spacious. Staff were lovely. Bathroom and room was clean. Short walk to train station. Won't hesitate to book again'

'Our group had an awesome stay. Friendly and accommodating hosts and the spa was a hit! Close to the event we were attending so was perfect for our family/friend group of 6. Thanks very much :)'

'The place smelled terrible. Definitely not what was advertised. Could not stay due to the smell and the owner refuses to refund our money. Wouldn’t recommend it.'

'Housekeeping erratic. Floor never vacuumed, towels first changed after 1 week, then sometimes daily, sometimes after 3-4 days. Staff at reception helpful.'

'We appreciate that Ayling responds so promptly and willingly to any concerns or requests.'
