Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
I had a pleasant stay overall and would like to share some feedback from our visit.
The front desk attendant was excellent—very friendly, patient, and helpful in answering our questions and showing us the different amenities available at the hotel. That made check-in and settling in very smooth.
We stayed in a one-bedroom suite with a king-size bed. The room was clean, and I really appreciated the relaxing interior colors, which created a calm and comfortable atmosphere. However, the suite itself felt a bit small, and the dining table only had one chair, which was not very convenient for two guests.
One safety concern I’d like to mention is the bathtub. It was extremely slippery, and unfortunately I fell while showering. There was no anti-slip mat provided and lacks handrails on the other end, which made it feel unsafe. This is something I strongly recommend the hotel address for guest safety.
Breakfast offered a decent selection of food, which we enjoyed.
Overall, the stay had many positives, but I hope the hotel can improve the room setup and bathroom safety for future guests.
