Cottages in Somerset

'Duidelijke communicatie, een heel schoon huisje en ivm de feestdagen waren er kerstdecoraties. Perfect gelegen t.ov. Bath. Top verblijf gehad!'

'Lovely house. Clean neat & tidy. Outside wood burning hot tub a real winner. Bedrooms are all a good size and en-suite. lovely lounge, large kitchen and separate dining room. Close to amenities and bars. Good take away curry just 250 yards up the road.'

'We had a good time in this cottage - it has all amenities, bed is very comfy, large bathroom and very clean. The location is good - only a 5 min. drive to Wells. It is next to a road which might disturb some but it is fair to say that the traffic reduces a lot during the night and we did not have a problem with it.'

Echt genoten.'

'What a lovely property. Tucked away off a very quiet lane. Comfy, cosy. Small private garden, woodland to rear and the sound of the waves to the front. Everything you need ( a radio would be nice) . Minutes away either walking down the hill or driving to Porlock Weir. Feeling rejuvinated. '

'We had a great week at The Sett. We stayed over New Year, and even though we had a couple of very cold days it was really nice and warm inside the cottage. The quality of all of the furniture, furnishings and appliances was excellent and it was very spacious and light. The views were stunning and it was a very peaceful spot. The owners were great, and it was so nice to have some welcoming treats. The garden was very safe for our dog, which is our top priority whenever we look for a holiday...

'The cottage was comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean and while it was quite compact it was fine for two people. The hosts Dave & Michelle were friendly and helpful. The cottage has a pleasant rural position and is ideally located for exploring Exmoor. We would definitely come again.'

'Een zeer compleet uitgerust en ingerichte accomodatie. Zeer vriendelijke verhuurders. Veel privacy.Leuke bonus: hun galerie bij huis te kunnen bezoeken.'

'We had a lovely few days stay. Everything you need is in the kitchen, even as far as washing powder. The cottage is old so the stairs creak a bit but thats only to be expected. Beds comfortable as well as the sofas. It is a dog friendly cottage even supplying the dog bowls. The only thing we found is you have to drive to the beach to walk the dog as we didnt feel comfortable walking along the lanes.'

'Fijn cottage. Alles heel schoon. Fijn bed. Mooi rustig gelegen. Voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. '

'Perfect as always.'

'We found the directions from the M5 complicated. We found that is was far easier to drive via Wedmore. The frying pan was a disaster. We did not know how to operate the cv. Calling the owner did not help as he doesn't understand that things work different on the continent. His explanations made me even more confused. The same as the shower did not work. We stopped ringing him'

'A very nice cottage very peaceful lovely garden good parking. Quite isolated not good for amenities but not a problem.'

'The chapel was so cute and fictional--exactly what we wanted for our visit! Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It would have been nice to have a fan for both levels (there is one in the bedroom space), but we made due during the record heat wave. '
