    🏡The 8,000m2 villa Can Sivella Groc is located in the beautiful valley of Soller and has a typical Majorcan two-floor house recently renovated to accommodate up to 6 people and an apartment with its bathroom to accommodate up to 2 people, having the option to book only the house or the house with the apartment. The villa is not shared with other guests, the apartment will always remain closed and empty if not reserved.

    🏠Inside the house, there are 3 double bedrooms with their bathrooms, guest toilet, wine cellar in the basement, large dining room, modern kitchen, and comfortable living room equipped with fast Wi-Fi and smart TV with international channels.
    ❄️Both the house and the apartment have hot and cold air conditioning in all places.
    🌳Outside the house, there is private parking for 4 vehicles, a large terrace with a barbecue and a stylish swimming pool with spectacular mountains and orange trees views.
    🎯 For the entertainment the house has board games, touring bikes, a ping pong table, a petanque court and dart game.
    🐐Away from the main house and the apartment, there is a fenced off with some animals such as chickens, goats, rabbits, and geese where child guests are always welcome to help feed and take care of them every day.

We stayed at Can Sivella Groc for 12 days with kids and elderly parents and it was absolutely perfect. The villa has lots of privacy for sunbathing and swimming surrounded by mountain views. The rooms were spacious and cool with a kitchen with all the utensils and crockery you might need. Appliances and fittings are all modern and pristine. It's exactly as advertised and was a fantastic stay and fantastic holiday. The owners kept us supplied with oranges for juice and avocados and figs for eating as well!

The property was out of this world and professionally and tastefully finished. It was exactly what we wanted for 3 couples with separate rooms and bathrooms. The host, Antoni, was extremely friendly and helpful and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and we had everything we needed. His father also made is feel welcome and brought us some avocados from his tree and some fresh eggs from his chickens. We picked fresh oranges every morning from his tree to juice for breakfast. In all we had an excellent and very pleasant week in the property which was located in a fabulous and beautiful area. The pool was delightful in the afternoon heat. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious break in the quiet beautiful area close to Sóller.

I cannot recommend this beautiful home highly enough and we simply cannot wait to return!! The house is stunning, the pool is perfect, the location just wonderful and the garden and animals make it so unique. The owners are so kind and friendly - my son formed a real bond with Toni and is now truly missing their daily chats. Check in/out was easy and personal, Gabriel and Toni were so helpful with recommendations and quick answers to any questions. Book this place now and you will not regret it!

Toni and Gabriel were fantastic hosts - extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and memorable stay at Christmas. They had arranged for a tree for us to decorate, set up the lights outside and a wreath on the door, and were always on hand to assist with any requests.The villa was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and was finished to a high standard throughout following refurbishment several years ago to this charming family owned property and former farmhouse. We loved being welcomed home by the goats, chickens, rabbits and geese, and surrounded by the orange grove and avocado trees, with its fantastic views of the mountains. The house is just a short walk away from the little village of Biniaraix, and Fortnalux and Sóller are nearby (within walking distance, or a short drive), so there was plenty to explore.

Perfect in every way

This house has to be seen to be believed. Not only is it beautiful but it is set in the most amazing scenery. The attention to detail in the house makes your stay even more special- my own kitchen isn’t as well equipped at home! Nothing is broken, it’s spotlessly clean and the owners are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make your stay as special as can be. We will definitely be going back.

magic mountain farm

We spent 1 week with 4 adults and 2 teenagers at Can Sivella Groc and had the best time. Toni& Gabriel were super friendly and responsive. The house was very clean well equipped and stylish with a generous architecture. the pool and garden area with mountain views so magical. we highly recommend this place and can't wait to return. Amazing home

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property very much. The house is beautiful and the outdoor surroundings even more amazing. Great pool and beautiful garden. Fresh eggs and orange juice form the garden every day. Toni and his son are wonderful hosts. Toni comes every evening to feed the animals and water the garden, he is not in the way and our kids loved talking to him and the animals. Just a perfect vacation for our family of 8.

Vacaciones para pasar unos días entrañables en familia

Si te gusta la naturaleza, caminar por senderos auténticos, conocer pequeños pueblos alrededor y eres amante de los animales, este es el sitio ideal para tener unas vacaciones plenas. El entorno es increíble entre montañas y naranjos, la casa excepcional con todas las comodidades, vistas espectaculares, increíble piscina, cocina equipada a tope, aire acondicionado, aparcamiento en la finca y todo dentro de una granja donde tienes naranjas, limones y resto de fruta que te ofrece Toni, el amable propietario, cuando viene a dar de comer a sus gallinas, cabras y ocas. La ubicación muy cerca de Soller y Fornalutx te permite conocer la zona con más encanto de Mallorca.

Family

We had a fantastic family holiday using 'CSG' as our base. The house, pool & grounds were beautifully kept and we all felt at home the minute we arrived. Toni and Gabriel were great hosts and kept us well informed from the minute I booked and during our stay. A great base for walking & cycling. Driving was interesting as roads very narrow so do not hire a big car! some lovely restaurants / cafes nearby. Wouldn't hesitate in booking again as we loved the area and the stunning scenery.

A delightful finca in the countryside just outside Soller

We loved staying at Toni’s house with our adult children. The house has orchards all around it plus beautiful views of the Serra de Tremuntana mountain range. We enjoyed having animals on the property - especially the chickens and fresh eggs. It’s a lovely place to stay even in winter as all the windows are double glazed, the fireplace is very efficient plus there’s under floor heating. Thanks for being such a lovely host Toni.

Within days of our imminent arrival the host created a WhatsApp group that enabled us to communicate clearly and promptly. They sent clear instructions and a video explaining how to access the property. The property itself is outstanding and finished to a very high level. Everything you could possibly need was there including stair gates to protect young children, small toys for toddlers, pool inflatables etc. we were a group of 6 adults with a 2.5 year old child and the villa was perfect.All bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, fitted wardrobes and en suite shower rooms. Their attention to detail is exceptional even down to how many clothes hangers are provided in the wardrobes. Complimentary toiletries were also supplied. The kitchen has ample cooking pans, dishes, cutlery etc and is very modern with high end appliances. There’s also a large bbq outside on the large patio area that has shade all day. The villa is within and small holding with chickens, goats, geese, orange grove and fig trees. It’s a fantastic location with the backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains. Finally the hosts themselves are very hospitable and helpful if you have any questions. Toni brought us fresh oranges for orange juice (the kitchen has a juicer!) and came round every evening watering the plants. This is a great property for a vacation.

Nah dran am Paradies!!

Wir haben uns von der Ankunft bis zur Verabschiedung wie zu Hause gefühlt.Es ist so ein schönes Fleckchen…Die Villa ist sehr modern und mit allem was das Herz begehrt ausgestattet. Gerade in der Küche ist einfach alles vorhanden.Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Badezimmer. Toni ist täglich da um die Tiere und seinen weitläufigen Garten zu versorgen. Und sein Sohn Gabriel ist - falls nötig - jederzeit erreichbar und sofort vor Ort!Wir kommen bald wieder und sind froh diesen Ort kennengelernt zu haben! Wenn’s möglich wäre: 10 Sterne!!

Coming back to Can Sivella Groc was just as incredible as we wished for. From the moment we arrived we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The peaceful and beautiful surroundings, the well equipped house and last but not least that Toni and his son Gabriel are incredible hosts. We were once again well received at the house and Toni made sure that everything was perfect during our stay. Our two kids loved to take part of the daily routines with the animals and Toni is pleased to share his knowledge and histories of the area in which his family has roots in. We can only give our warmest recommendation to stay at Can Sivella Groc.

Our family (4 adults & 1 toddler) absolutely loved the villa. Everything about it was perfect, including the breathtaking views of the mountains, lovely setting among orange groves and other fruit trees (with plentiful fresh oranges and avocados daily!), gardens, adorable farm animals, and the beautifully appointed home with countless amenities (wonderful pool, bicycles, pétanque court, and so much more!). We enjoyed an incredibly relaxing and peaceful stay and highly recommend this home to anyone seeking an authentic Mallorcan experience with every modern convenience. The location is in close proximity to many area attractions and quaint towns, which we thoroughly enjoyed - although we found ourselves wanting to just enjoy the villa and its grounds! Toni and his son Gabriel were such gracious hosts who made the stay extra special. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Toni and Gabriel!

Perfection!

One of the most beautiful and serene places we have ever stayed in. Having traveled all over the world staying in luxury hotels/villas this villa brought something different. Gabriel greeted us upon arrival and was so welcoming and treated us like family. Gabriel and Toni are such lovely hosts and went above and beyond the entire trip. As stated in other reviews there is a small farm attached to the property with goats, rabbits, chickens. Toni comes daily to tend to the farm and would pop over and say hi and see if we needed anything, but never intrusive. We spent most days exploring the island, but when on property the surroundings and tranquility are unmatched. We will be back and highly recommend this beautiful property! ! Thank you Toni and Gabriel for a memorable stay and your hospitality!

Beautiful Villa in a stunning setting

This is a wonderful location for a relaxing family holiday. The Villa is superbly furnished and equipped and has a lovely pool and garden/small farm (Orange trees, tomatos, cucumbers as well as some goats, hens, geese and rabbits!). Our five year old loved helping Toni, the host, on his daily rounds feeding and looking after the animals. In walking distance is a really well stocked farm shop and the village of Fornalutx (uphill but reachable). You could walk to Soller too but we didn't due to having two little ones with us. Both Fornalutx and Soller are stunning locations - there's more to see in Soller but both are very picturesque. You need a hire car really if you want to explore the area as taxis aren't readily available although you can get the train from Soller to Palma.

Family holiday with adult children

We have just returned from spending a lovely week with our children (in their 20's) at Toni's finca. The house is absolutely beautiful, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool is large and has salt-filtered water (rather than chlorinated) which is kind on the skin. There are large outdoor seating areas and 8 sun loungers. The villa is within walking distance of Soller and Biniaraix, both of which are stunning with good bars and restaurants. The house and pool sit at the end of Toni's small holding and orange grove, which he visits once a day to tend to the chickens, geese, goats and rabbits. He is a kind and considerate host: he is around to help with anything that you need but maintains your privacy when he visits the animals. Thank you for a fabulous holiday, Toni!

Wonderful

This is the best villa we have stayed in, and we have been to this area many times. It is so well thought out and equipped, and perfectly presented on arrival. The setting is wonderful, quiet and peaceful but easy walking to Soller and the villages. Everything about it is great. But the best thing is Toni. He is lovely, so helpful and personable and full of local knowledge. He met us on arrival to show us around and he is there each evening to feed the animals (not loud or roaming) and check the orange trees, but he is never intrusive. His English is good and we had many good talks with him. The pool is a lovely private facility and is very clean and well maintained. The grounds are great walk around and see the geese, hens, goats and rabbits. Walking into the villa for the first time, through the long herb lined pergola, was fantastic and remained so every time. Thank you Toni.
