'The view and access to the beach was better than expected. Usually the view and proximity to the ocean is never as good as it looks in pictures but this location is about 20 feet from the sand. I had heard that parking was going to be a problem but we were able to park our vehicle in the parking lot next to the Seabird Hotel and never had to move it the 3 days we were there. 'This condo was perfect for our family. We have two kids 6 and 4 years old. They enjoyed the place and the views of planes taking off in the morning. The condo was clean and I felt at ease. The ability to do laundry, cook breakfast and pack lunches for the beach was definitely a plus. We also appreciated the beach chairs and extra beach towels.
