Particuliere vakantiehuizen in Socastee

'Two hours upon checking in we were told the hot tube was broken. We had booked this house because of this amenity! No effort was made to have it fixed during the stay! I asked for 300 refund in regards to this offer the price! Magically now she don’t respond! Shower had dirty rags left behind with hair! The living room furniture is not what’s in the photos advertised! I also drink coffee Keurig was advertised! There is a different type of brand there was terrible for morning coffee. I had sent...

'The location and the size of the house was perfect for our family. Check in and check out was a breeze. I do wish the house would have been better stocked. We did not think about bringing things like garbage bags, dish soap, dish towels, hand soap, or paper towels because I’ve never had to bring them to any other vacation house I’ve rented. It wouldn’t have stopped me from renting this house, but I wish I had known ahead of time that I would need to bring them. One thing that is not shown in the...

'We loved the house. COLD AC, which for us is huge. We usually don’t get good luck with that in Ocean Lakes. Super comfortable beds and a stocked kitchen. Comfortable porch for morning and evening sitting. The only thing I would warn next guests on would be the parking. We drove an F150 and it was a SUPER tight fit in and out of the drive. A car or mid size SUV would be much better here with a better turning radius. Amazing host! Would absolutely stay here again!!!'

'Somewhat small accommodations for our party of 4. Property was clean and well equipped. Host was excellent in communication, answering questions and addressing problems.'

'Our stay was great, the host got back to us very shortly for any questions we had. The distance to the beach is a few minutes which was very nice. If needed we had access to more parking at the place we stayed.'

'The house was in a very convenient location and the yard was perfect for our large group. Would definitely recommend!'

'The cottage was nice and quiet could you a few repairs or updates but the hosts were very responsive and answered any questions or fixed any problems immediately we had a great time we will be back.'

'This family trip had been planned for months and we were excited to arrive. After driving approx 17 hours we were 10 min early. When I came our parking spot was taken. It was the owner and his family. They were still cleaning the home. His wife and dtr said we were early and stated “No No No too early.” Also made a shooing motion with their hands. I needed to use the bathroom and was able to do that. Afterwards I left with my family and came back 11 min later. At that time, I was questioned if I...

'The host responded pretty quick and there is stuff nearby like pickleball ocean and great food options. The property was nice and clean too.'

'Great property in a great location!'
