« Would definitely come back, it was a smooth check in process. Clean and ready to use, kitchen has all you need for your stay. Beach view was great from 16th floor. Prompt and fast responses from Host. We had a great time and would definitely come back. »

« Exceptional host!! She went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy, especially when there was a malfunction with the air-conditioning unit. She had a technician they are within an hour and a half. She was amazing! »

« Particles from the ceiling was flaking off in the floor. Roaches in the bathroom and kitchen small ones. Tub was clogged and it was a disgusting mess when you showered. Very hard to open the sliding door. You have to turn the ac off in the bedroom because it blows directly on the bed. There was a huge piece of the front door jam with part of a lock on it laying on the floor and my mother tripped over it soon as she walked in. So her entire trip was ruined because she hurt her knee. Very...

« The condo was nice. It was clean and we had enough room for what we needed as a family of five. The balconies were very nice to sit out on. The location worked well for us: nice morning runs along the boardwalk and close to other amenities, like Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing. The communications with the owners was fast and effective, they were great to work with. There was one minor equipment issue, which was addressed effectively. The building as a whole shows its use and the...

« The condo was as described and very nice. The view of the beach from the balcony was great and the building’s proximity to the 2nd Ave pier allowed us to enjoy the Wednesday night fireworks from what felt like a front row seat. Had a few minor issues (one of the TVs, tub jets, and ice maker weren’t working) but communication was good and work arounds were available. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again. »

« Location was good. Poor check in communication and parking instructions. I parked “in the parking deck across the street” as advised and my car was towed overnight. I had to call to get check in instructions and the number listed was not for the current property owner. Overall, location good, property old, and not the cleanest. Expensive trip for what we got. »

« We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful oceanfront apartment! The ocean view was breathtaking, and waking up to the sound of the waves was truly special. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The location was perfect, and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway!Elaine was amazing 🤗 »
