« In a string of five backpacking days and high mountain huts, Hotel Sliezsky Dom was an unusually pampering exception. This is by far the most spoiling high mountain lodging I've ever been to (and I have trecked in five continents). Chef-made food, well equipped bar, comfortable rooms, and much more. Much more than a mere mountain hut »

« Excellent location. Lovely room/suite. Friendly staff »

« The check-in process was very poor. It relied on an unreliable-looking website that was mostly in Slovak and was difficult to get working (only partly on English). Communication with the hotel was also clumsy, and there was no information provided about breakfast or other practical matters. The bathroom drain was blocked, causing the bathroom to flood. « Well it's an okay hotel. »

« We really enjoyed staying in our studio room and although we didn't cook we did use the kitchen for breakfast and snacks. We didn't have a washing machine, but the apartments do, so keep that in mind when picking rooms. The bathroom is ultra modern with a fab shower and lots of space. It is very central in town. »

« Fint och välstädat! Trevlig personal »
