'This hotel is amazing i would really recommend it for families who love hiking in the mountains and having a perfectly relaxing spa hotel to retreat to before or after hiking. The kids room was also amazing and older kids have their own space to watch movies and play ping pong. Spa area is the main attraction of the hotel. 'Hotel Lomnica is the absolutely top choice in High Tatras. Every single team member we met was, without fault, friendly, courteous, and customer-oriented. The state of the property is impeccable, and the whole hotel is spotlessly clean. Both cafe and restaurant offer exquisite fare (the price point is a bit higher but most definitely worth it). The room looked at the mountains, was spacious, and even featured a bath. Will most definitely come back!'

'Dysfunctional hotel in a beautiful setting. I booked a two night stay at hotel Montfort based on the pictures of an exceptionally talented photographer/Photoshop expert. A few moments after reserving a family room, I received a call from the receptionist telling me there was an issue with the rooms and if we would be ok with a regular 2-person room. Having a very lenient nature, I agreed as they would provide us with a botte of Prosecco and a fruit basket upon check-in. Horrendous was the...

'Je wordt niet serieus genomen door het personeel, van de 4 dagen hebben we 3 dagen geen wifi gehad. 3× gemeld. Werd niks aan gedaan. Ook werden de handdoeken nooit ververst. Dus 4 dagen dezelfde handdoek gehad!'

'Great hotel at great location to go hiking. Beautiful view and excellent kitchen. Would recommend it. Big negative is the jacuzzi they advertise in the pictures (the one with the great view)... they charge 100 euro per hour!!! We of course didn’t pay this, but we chose this hotel for that reason.'

'Un magnifico hotel en plena montana. Habitacion muy agradable, excelente desayuno. Personal un poco distante. Cuidado con el acceso al hotel si tienes coche ya que es imposible aparcar y se debe dejar el vehiculo en el valle y coger un transporte del hotel pero el procedimiento es folklorico Cena buffet correcto. 'We loved the quiet and the view we had from the balcony, as well as the walking trails near the hotel. We took half-board, and for us, that was a mistake because the dinner at the hotel was not tasty for us. Additionally, please note that breakfast also ends relatively early, at 9:00 AM.'

'Almost everything in the room is with wood furniture. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable with beautiful Mountain View. It’s also close to the train station with 10 minutes walk. The staff is very helpful and speak good English. The bathroom is too dark.'

'We verbleven hier 2 nachten met de bedoeling een dag te gaan wandelen in het Tatragebergte. Het hotel deed helaas zijn naam eer aan, Aquacity, want het regende zodanig hard, en wel de hele dag, dat we het wandelen maar uit ons hoofd hebben gezet. Gelukkig staat Aquacity ook voor de nodige zwembaden, zowel binnen als buiten met temperaturen van het water boven de 30 graden, sauna en fitnessmogelijkheden en daar hebben we volop gebruik van gemaakt.
