'Nice new hotel, so everything was spot on, good location, my only gripe was that I checked in online to ‘save time’ in their words, but as typical in Slovakia check in was a long drawn out process where I had to show everything I had already put into online check in, so you basically wasted my time rather than saving any!'

'Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Winterurlaub in der Hohen Tatra. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage (mitten im Ort, dicht am Skigebiet und am gut sortierten Supermarkt). 'Location was ok, check- in little confused as it was in the different building Room clean , spacious but access would be a challenge if my 77 year old mom decide to come . 21 steps to access our room without elevator, this property would not pass Canadian standards for handicapped people. Een knoeper van een TV scherm in de woonkamer, heerlijke relaxbank en keurig drankje en kopje koffie zelf te maken. 'Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der polnischen Tatra. Wir haben nur die Übernachtung gebucht, hätten für eine Extrazahlung aber auch jeden Tag Frühstück und Abendessen haben können. Wir waren 2 mal dort frühstücken und das war soweit in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war für 5 Personen und 2 Hunde sehr klein und ein paar Sachen haben uns gefehlt, z.B. 'Lovely staff, great breakfast and super clean hotel. However, we were allocated one of the top floor rooms, with a pitched roof and this proved to be a challenge for my son and husband, who are both over 6ft tall. We couldn’t relax on the sofa as we had a slope behind our head, the men couldn’t take a bath or a shower as there wasn’t any head room and getting in and out of bed resulted in banging our heads. 'This was our second time at Maladinovo. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with sauna. They have a fully equipped kitchen. Playground for kids and indoor playroom. The restaurant is amazing. The hotel is right across from a water park and a ZOO. 10 out of 10! It's our favorite place to stay while in Slovakia.'
