Welcome to your two-story coastal retreat on beautiful North Topsail Beach! This home is designed for the best of coastal living, with balconies on both sides providing you with beach views and stunning sunsets over the sound.

The second floor is the heart of the home, featuring a bright, open-concept living and dining space perfect for gathering after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, along with a coffee maker and blender for your convenience. This level also includes a half-bathroom and opens onto balconies on both sides of the home.

The entry floor houses the private quarters, including:
* Three comfortable bedrooms, two of which have direct access to a balcony overlooking the sound.
* Two full bathrooms.
* A dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Guest Access

Your stay includes access to fantastic amenities designed for the perfect beach vacation. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the shared community pool or fire up the private BBQ grill for an evening cookout.

For waterfront enjoyment, you have two wonderful options: take the private beach walkway directly across the street for a day on the sand, or use the private walkway to access the calm waters of the sound. For your convenience, you also have access to storage sheds stocked with common beach gear, including chairs, toys, umbrellas, and fishing equipment.

North Topsail Beach is a quiet, residential community on a 26-mile-long island known for its uncrowded sandy beaches. It's an excellent destination for a family vacation, offering nearby championship golf courses and excellent fishing opportunities no matter the season.

* Linens: We provide pillows and blankets. For sheets and towels, you may either bring your own or purchase our linen service for $125 per stay. For guests staying 6 nights or more, we provide this linen service complimentary.
* Comfort: The home is equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure your comfort year-round.
* Connectivity: Your stay includes WiFi, basic cable television, and a telephone. The Smart TV allows you to log in to your favorite streaming services.
