Great but need some follow up

Love the location. Great views- everything we need is there. Housekeeping please remove the full fly traps before next guests arrive- that is gross. Have always had a great experience here. Disappointed with Lewis Realty. We called to have blinds fixed and supposedly someone came to measure but they were never fixed and no follow up on when it would be repaired. I had explained when I called we could close blind with the wand and there was a bright light outside the window. Otherwise- great all around. Love this place.

Even better than expected - views overlooking the ocean

The location is right across the street from the beach, and from the deck you have open views of the waves. The deck is large and comfortable, and where we spent our time when not on the beach. It was nice being so close because we did not have to drag everything to the beach since we were so close to the house! It was just as good if not better than being directly on the beach. Parking was ample which was great when my father and his wife who live in the area came for dinner. The kitchen was stocked well for cooking all of our meals. I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was and how much we enjoyed the house, esp. the deck! We even stayed up late the first night to watch the moonrise over the water from the deck. Highly recommend and I hope to return to this rental again soon!

Property was super clean and the location was awesome! Best place we’ve ever stayed at—and we’ve been doing the area for decades! We were so impressed that by day two we put down the fee to save the house for us at the same time next year AND decided to come back down in the fall.

Great stay! Booking again for next years vacation!

Great location. We stayed early in the season - first week of June - and most days we were pretty much alone on the beach! The property was in great condition a little dated on the interior but we spent most of our time oat he beach or on the deck, which has a great view and plenty of privacy! Cant wait to stay here next June!!

Good comfortable house in a great location

The location was 5 miles from Surf City pier and the same to Seaview pier, right across the street from the water. The handicapped ramp was very helpful, I booked the house for a friend with his credit card. I did visit and enjoyed it. The end of the summer seemed to impact the cleanliness of the house. There were flies in the garbage disposal that were pretty gross upon check in. We went and bought fly paper strips and put them up. It took 2 days to get rid of the flies. I do think that was a fluke and not the norm with this house. The kitchen cabinets were a bit unorganized and many dishes had to washed before use. I did organize to make sense for our use. The bath mats we icky so I washed them. We did not complain at all, I am in the rental business and realize sometimes you just fix it and don't make a fuss. Aside from a few cleanliness issues the house was great. I was not there on check out day so I cant comment on that. Lewis Realty was very nice and accomadating.

Great Location

This home is everything you need to have a wonderful stay at the beach. The location couldn't be better. A few steps to the beach. Private and quiet. The deck is the best feature of the home. You will use it and enjoy it every.single.day. We enjoyed our stay very much. If you are traveling with a family you need to bring your own beach toys and equipment (chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc.). They didn't provide much of that. The pictures are a true representation of the property. While the decor is outdated it is well maintained for the most part. As with most of the rentals in the area you need to provide everything. Cleaning supplies, hand soap, tp, towels, sheets, blankets, etc. I do wish they left one roll of tp for guests as we drove quite a way to have nothing to use upon arrival until we went shopping.
