The designer bed is equipped with a high-quality orthopaedic system (base and mattress) to ensure a deep and rejuvenating sleep. A large sliding-door wardrobe will allow you to best organise your personal belongings.

The Kitchen | Autonomy and Practicality: The modern and compact kitchen is perfectly equipped to guarantee you maximum autonomy. Useful Information and House Rules

Check-in Time: From 15:00 onwards.

Check-out Time: By 10:00 at the latest.

Early Check-in: We will always do our best to welcome you before 15:00, but this depends exclusively on availability. Between one guest and the next, we dedicate several hours to a deep clean to meet our high standards of hygiene. For this reason, we cannot guarantee an early check-in.

Guaranteed Solution: If your flight arrives very early and you wish to be certain of immediate access, we recommend that you also book the preceding night.

Late Check-out: The possibility of a check-out after 10:00 depends on the arrival of new guests. If no new arrivals are scheduled on your departure day, we will be happy to offer you a complimentary late check-out, but final confirmation can only be given on that same morning.

Guaranteed Solution: If your flight departs late in the evening and you want to use the accommodation until the last moment, we suggest you include your departure day in the booking.

Tourist Tax (ECO Tax)

As required by Maltese law, payment of the Tourist Tax (ECO Tax) is required upon your arrival. This is a government tax that is not included in the booking price.

The amount is €0.50 per person per night of your stay, up to a maximum of €5.00 per person.

The tax must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.

House Rules

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the accommodation.

Pets are not allowed.

It is forbidden to organise parties, events, or to invite people not registered in the booking.

Please respect the building's quiet hours, approximately from 22:00 to 08:00, to ensure peace for everyone.

We ask that you treat the accommodation and its furnishings with the utmost care.

Before check-out, you are kindly asked to leave the accommodation in a tidy condition.
