« Very remote location- having a 4WD was helpful. Place was clean- no spiders or webs. The rental company was easy to communicate with. Would have been nice to have a space heater as the available heating is insufficient. Mattresses are a hard foam (some people may prefer this, but I was up all night). Much of the place has been renovated, but more is necessary. My adult daughter enjoyed our one night stay. »

« This cabin is so nicely decorated and a lot of thought was put into making sure we had everything we could want. Lots of extra blankets to cozy up by the fire, or read a book and enjoy the woods out on the deck. All the spices to add flavor to our meals, plus other staples like sugar and flour. Bed linens that were soft and warm (tons of pillows of every size and density), thick towels and make-up wipes. There’s even a bidet for those who are looking for that next level. « Could be a very nice home on the lake if more care was taken. Sort of a hodge-podge place with pieces of plooring missing, cabinets without handles, lots of cobwebs and a bit dirty overall. The bathroom was not good, the toilet water was brown and the water came out as a trickle in the sink. Bathroom needs a thorough clean. Nothing outside was properly stored, there was a paddle boat filled with dirt and rainwater that appeared to have been sitting there for quite a while. There were no...

« We had a great stay! We chose this cabin to help us escape from our busy life. The home is beautiful, designed with such care and unique finishes. The kitchen is well stocked with high quality cookware and appliances (there was even a large assortment of coffees, spices, sweeteners), the outdoor space is incredible, and the setting is gorgeous. « Excellent stay at the cabin! My son and I had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the experience. Just one small suggestion — it may be helpful to provide a rake or some type of platform/tool to make brass pickup a little easier. Overall, we had a great time. »

« In all honesty I went into this doubting that the pictures of this listing lived up at all to its reality - but I was more than pleasantly proven wrong! Very private (there’s another cabin far away on this property, which is also on a working cattle farm, but that’s the only people you’ll see the entire time, if that), and the views are absolutely incredible. Already want to go back! »
