In the garden we had our apero times with a view on the mountains, Nor the roadway nor the train was a problem; Bohinsjka Bela is a charming en very quiet village! We made trips to Piran, the caves, Triglav national park with the soca valley, Lubljana and of course the lakes of Bled and Bohinj. Already missing it …'

'This was a very nice holiday rental which has obviously been recently renovated. The kitchen is very well designed and laid out for family catering (although the only utensil it seems to lack is a grater which would be useful to add). The living areas are comfortable and spacious and the WiFi and large TV including access to streaming channels very useful to entrain the whole family. The small village of Vrba is well located but very rural so there is quite a ‘rural’ smell of cows (!) and often...

'We love staying in places off the beaten path, and this is one of the best places we’ve stayed. The house is well stocked with modern conveniences. It’s at the end of a trail that is very accessible, but also very remote. The guard cat is the friendliest cat I’ve ever met. Overall it was an excellent place to get away from the crowds!'
