'Upon arrival, I was initially assigned an occupied room. The place was unstaffed, and the provided phone number was unreachable. I had to ask other guests for an alternative number. I called, texted, and left a WhatsApp message on that number, but received no response for at least an hour.When I finally received a text message with details for a new room, I found the bed was broken and the room was freezing cold. A staff member told me he would come to fix the issue but ultimately never showed...

No tv, no WiFi, security of the property leaves a lot to be desired. The shared bathrooms are dirty and the locks barely work. Holes in the plasterboard walls. Stains up the walls. DO NOT stay here.'
