"Het was een uitstekende ervaring, zoals ik het graag zie en verwacht van een hotel op dit niveau met 5 sterren. Het personeel is geweldig, het aanbod super en de extra’s die mogelijk zijn is ook reuze. Je krijgt zelfs bij aankomst een persoonlijke rondleiding als je dat wilt. Dus al om al, wil je graag verwend woorden en dat op een van de mooiste locatie in Sirmione dan ben je hier op het juiste adres. 👌🙏"

"Wat hadden we een fijn verblijf. Kamer voor 3 personen was niet zo heel erg groot, maar meer dan ruim genoeg. Zwembad is ideaal en meer dan genoeg ligplaatsen. Het is er niet druk. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en vooral een dikke pluim voor de bediening aan het ontbijt. Ook de mogelijkheid om een glutenvrij ontbijt aan te vragen was een meevaller. "

"The hotel is very nice with a heated pool at a comfortable 30+ degrees with a shallow area that is amazing to sunbath in. The garden in general is a lovely place to hang out and watch the sun sink in the lake. Free parking at the hotel property is also a major plus. The staff is very accommodating to our requests and just very kind. The cocktails are tasty and the breakfast is very well done with plenty of options. Loved almost everything about it! The only tiny detail I would note for the hotel is to offer some complementary cooled (citrus)-water in the lobby or something since there is also no complementary water offered in the room. (Eco reasons?) Some offering of refreshment after a walk from town should be standard at a hotel with this level of service since there is also no welcome drink offered at check in; your only go-to now is the mini-bar when you arrive thirsty from the heat outside…"
