'Spacious, rooms were clean living room was inviting, laundry units was available in the basement if needed. The only things that disappointed us was a small bathroom (which the way the house is, its nothing about the all in all experience ) i will definitely have another reservation hopefully soon. 10 out of 10 ❤️'

'Check-in was a breeze and the cottage was very nice! Very clean, had everything you need to prepare meals, beds were comfy and it was nice to be able to do laundry. Abby was very good with communication and extending our stay due to unfortunate circumstances. Thank you Abby!!'

'We did one night for shop hop and were glad we could rent for one night . Beautiful master suite, handicap accessible which was great for one of our older travelers. Will definitely rent next year if available. '

'Perfect house and location for a fun family weekend. House was perfect for having a 1.5 year old. Toys in the basement, pack n play and park one block away. 10 minutes from USF stadium and HyVee close by made it perfect location for us. '

'The Happy Place is a perfect little house. I would have actually liked to know more about the property's history. We were very comfortable there-I loved the old Philco refrigerator that is still running perfectly. Interesting artifacts to explore. The shelving gave me ideas for my own little cottage in PA. 'The house was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. The host was also very responsive. We appreciated the off street parking around the backside of the house. '

'We enjoyed our stay in this vacation house. Nice climate system. Nice shower. An own washing machine and dryer. Ideal when with kids, like we were. Nice kitchen. You can even sit outside, but we preferred to sit inside or do daytrips.'

'The house was lovely. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was excellent. The house was clean and nicely upgraded with plenty of room. The downstairs bedrooms were quite spacious, and the kitchen provided plenty of utensils. Parking was limited but we only had two cars so that wasn't a problem. 'The space was great for 5 adults, parents, 2 daughters & a spouse. We only made coffee & toast but the kitchen was well outfitted. We had a slight problem with the door code the second time, but Nicholas was quick to reply & we were at the wrong door, front door has the correct panel.'

"Leuke accommodatie voor een nacht in Sioux Falls. De Falls zelf vielen wat tegen, echt een aangelegd park, een prachtige kathedraal (wel een flinke klim) qua hotel is het prima. Goede bedden, schoon, prima badkamer en fijne douche. Ergerlijk is wel het overdag continue aanwezig zijn van de toeterende treinen, want er zijn veel onbewaakte overgangen, maar daar kan het hotel niet veel aan doen. Ontbijt prima en een compliment voor de (72 jarige) ontbijtzaalmedewerker. Dat doet ze prima! "
