Sint Maarten - Locations villas de rêve

« I know there is nothing the hosts can do about the excessive amount of seaweed in the water during our stay. They did reach out and warn us that tends to happen this time of year. I only wish they had told us about this prior to us booking. It really made it impossisble to use the beach and the odor was a bit rough. We enjoyed other beaches on the island though.Other than that...it was a beautiful home, well equipped and a lovely spot for our family. »

« Excellent stay as always. »

« I am a clean nut and this beautiful Villa didn't have one complaint from me. The kitchen specifically was immaculate. We had a beautiful and wonderful time staying at your villa. Our friends who we have never traveled with before were so impressed they are thinking of renting next year for their trip. The location is perfect the, the back area is just heaven and the pool is just enough. We had such a wonderful time. We come to Sint Maarten every year and we are now spoiled and won't be...

« I can't say enough about our stay at the Villa Luminary. It is a beautiful property, well set up for a group of 10 or so. There is a property attendant on site (separate space - we never saw him unless we requested something) who is very responsive. The host was also available by text anytime there was a question. The location and amenities are great, e.g. short walk to the beach which we did almost daily with kids, but the service and attention are the hallmarks of this space. We would go back...

« Just spent two weeks here (Jun 20 - Jul 4 2026) with my family and their partners from NYC and NJ. Over the course of the 14 days we had anywhere from 4 to 8 adults. Our group is well travelled and in the last few years have take several different trips to Western Europe, the Caribbean, the Gulf Coast and Hilton Head. It's hard to overstate how perfectly suited this house is for an extended family trip - it has a very well equipped kitchen (many days we prepared breakfast, lunch and full...

« We had an amazing stay at this villa. Everything was perfect. Spectacular view, super clean, attentive property mangers, beautiful heated pool (30c) and very safe(double gated community). Would absolutely recommend. »
