'Open, spacious, well-featured! Perfect for accompanying Ouray hut to hut system hike! There were 7 women and we each had our own space and bed! The city of Ridgeway was not far and Ridgeway had great restaurants to facilitate our stay around the dehydrated food we mostly ate on the hike! Fantastic views!! And wildlife!!!'

'Very comfortable property! Very clean and I am picky! Unit was furnished with everything we needed! Beautiful view off deck! We had morning coffee on the deck every day! Close to so much to do! Just north of Durango about 18 miles which was perfect as it was cooler! The grounds were beautiful and well maintained! We hope to come back often! '

'We were a group of 8 fairly experienced hikers from the Monument/Co Springs area wanting to knock out the 5 big peaks in this area. We absolutely loved this location as it was perfect launch spot for all of our hikes allowing us to get early start and make it back for a shower/bath and make dinner before heading out the next morning. 'This condo is truly in a perfect location. We walked just about to everything and it worked very well for us. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The host is professional, responsive and pleasant. The description of the condo is accurate; the only piece of information I would add is that, as with many mountain homes, there is a full flight of steps (somewhat steep) to access the unit, as well as inside (also somewhat steep), between bedrooms and main living floors.
