We had our entire family who was attending my nieces wedding stay at the property , 10 adults 1 child. We had plenty of room to hang out, enjoy each other. Took advantage of the many hiking trails that back the property. We want to book again had so much fun being together and not cramped in a hotel.
Brought an alpine ski team from New York to ski at Copper and A-basin. The accommodations suited all of our athletes. Excellent location to all the mountains. Excellent location to all the shopping. This place was immaculate. And the communication with the property manager was outstanding. Going to book again for next year.
First Time Vrbo User - This place and experience was fantastic.
As a first time Vrbo user, I was a little nervous about the whole process. Each step of the way, the individuals I had contact with were very helpful and answered my questions. A couple days ahead of the check-in time, I contacted our host, Chad. He was wonderful. He kept in contact and was available within a minute of calling or answered texts right away. The day of check in, he text to let me know again, that if we had any problems checking in with the code, to let him know. He made our first-time renting this condo so much easier and stress free. The vrbo was clean, spacious, and had the rooms, beds, and bathrooms that were needed. It was well supplied with items that would be needed - kitchen items, towels, toiletries, etc. All I had to worry about was the food/drinks. The view and trails surrounding the Vrbo complex were wonderful. We even had a moose visit our place. The Vrbo was situated very close to Sapphire Point where we were holding a family wedding.
I highly recommend this condo. I sincerely appreciate all the assistance Chad provided us. We will definitely use this service again. Relaxing!!!
Property has a great location!!! Owners great to work with! Would recommend this property to others especially large parties. We had my family of six, the wifeâs sister and her family of three and their grand parentsâŠ. Eleven of us total and plenty of room to sleep and spread outâŠ. Dining table also accommodated our large party. Over all great experience!!!
We really enjoyed our stay! We had three generations of family staying together for our daughterâs wedding. The property had room for all of us to sleep and to share meals. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and even saw a moose! We also enjoyed hiking on the trails near the property. All in all, a great experience!
The house was very accommodating for our large family to stay with enough bedrooms/bathrooms for all. It was nice to end the day by going âhomeâ to gather around the table or relax instead of to a hotel. Thank you!
The pictures do not do this property justice - it is specious and situated on a very nice side of the town. The views to Lake Dillon and the mountains are beautiful.
The house is well equipped with all one can ask for when away from home. The owner was very responsive to our inquiries.
I would love to be back for the winter season.

The property has beautiful views out the living room window. Even the very minor/small issue we had was resolved within a few hours. There was lots and lots of room at the house with a nice table for lots of people to sit around. We enjoyed eating and playing games around the table. There was also room to be by yourself away from others if that is what you wanted/needed. I would definitely rent here again if I were returning to this area. Thanks for the beautiful place.
This is a beautifully appointed home is fantastic for hosting family and friends. Home has three levels with room to gather together or seek a little privacy. Chef's kitchen--space, equipment and even spices to get your meals started. Ideally located to take advantage of all that Summit County has to offer. During our week, we skied Keystone, Breckenridge and Vail. Owners Chad and Aubrey were fantastic to work with and responded to our questions quickly. Thank you for a great stay!!
I've had groups stay at this property in the past, under a different owner, and I am pleased to say that nothing was lost in the transition. This is a great place to spend time in the Silverthorne area, and I found the new owner a pleasure to deal with. This trip, we had a group of 8, but I've had as many as 11 that have been able to comfortably spread out over the house. We found the house clean and nicely stocked with all the "basics" (ie TP, paper towels, dish-washing supplies). The only thing I found missing was some soap for the clothes washing machine, but there were dryer sheets, so I'm betting it was just an oversight. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and washcloths for everyone. The kitchen has a nice selection of cookware that is in good shape (sometimes a rarity in rental properties) and, much to my very pleasant surprise, the knives in the block actually had a good edge on them. (Sorry - I'm revealing my foodie bias towards the usual dull cutting utensils you normally find while traveling.) The Wifi was very good, until a wind storm knocked it out for the whole building one evening - but that is certainly no marks against the property. The garage is large and could accommodate two normal sized vehicles nicely. It was a bit of a tight fit with my Suburban in there, but it will work - just have a spotter to make sure you're clear. This property is an easy drive to Silverthorne, Dillon, and Frisco. There was quite a bit of snow dumped in the area prior to our visit, but the road crews did a good job of keeping things clear. If you're skiing, you'll find the access to the many local ski resorts very convenient. One recommendation on local dining - check out the Mountain Lyon Cafe. We always make sure we get in a visit there for breakfast or lunch. Their green chili is really good.
In conclusion, this is a great place to stay - I fully recommend it.
Place is well cared for, worked great for us as it had lots of bedrooms for everyone and lots of comfortable seating upstairs and loved having a garage. Thanks for letting us stay here.
This is a very roomy home that can accommodate a large, multi-generational family like ours or two or even three smaller families. There is privacy for those who want it or a large living area for watching TV or playing games together. The kitchen is well supplied with everything needed to prepare meals. The welcome basket was a very nice touch! Everything was clean and the Christmas decorations were a festive touch. My only regret it that it is so far up the mountain. If the weather is bad, it makes it kind of scary to get to. The two-car garage, though, is great for thawing out vehicles! The clubhouse is nice for those not wanting to participate in the winter sports.
We had a lovely family, ski vacation at Chad's Condo in Silverthorne. The condo is much bigger than the pictures would indicate and there was plenty of space and bathrooms for our multi-family trip. The enclosed parking garage was also very welcome at the end of the cold days (and easily fit a minivan and an SUV).
The kitchen was spacious and well-stocked (spices, dishes, tools, coffee machines, cooking implements). We made many meals at home (including a large Christmas day dinner), and there was plenty of space for us to enjoy family company.
We had a slight unexpected mechanical hiccup in the condo during our trip, but the property owner was very quick to respond and arranged to find a repair person on the weekend between Christmas and New Year's. He maintained excellent communication during the process and it was resolved painlessly with little interruption to our trip.
The condo itself is about 15-20 minutes from Keystone by car, and 5 minutes from Silverthorne Outlets and Dillon (supermarket, movie theater, restaurants) so it was easy access for the non-skiers in our trip.
Excellent Wi-Fi access throughout the house, and I actually had very good Cell Phone (Verizon) coverage.
All in all, we would very much recommend this Silverthorne/Wildernest property for a large family (ies) who are looking to vacation in the Keystone/Breckenridge area.
