« Property was advertised as having a hot tub, fireplace, etc. Upon arriving, hot tub didn't work. They were in the process of fixing it. Yet, in all the past reviews, other clients have had issues with hot tub. Also, it was cold at night and the fireplace was broken and didn't work either. So, logically you would think we could turn up the heater but they owners have a passcode/lock on using the AC/Heater. So, we couldn't even turn up the heat. We FROZE that night. We came from another country...
