'We were very happy with our stay at the Blue River Escape. It is centrally located near many different types of activities. We took advantage of walking and hiking trails near the resort. The river behind the unit was peaceful.The unit was clean and provided the essentials that we needed for the week. We appreciated our assigned parking spot. 'The unit is great with a ton of space and a great location and lovely stream side view. Unfortunately basic sanitation with bed linen and towels was blatantly disregarded (not merely overlooked). Used bed linen, found several strands of hair in the folds under the top sheet and the pillows, not the odd ones that one could attribute to static. Found long strands of hair in the folds of the first two towels on the top of the stack which looked hastily folded as compared to the rest of the stack....

'The place was clean, up to date, and within walking distance of everything. We were up in the area for a race that my wife was running in at Leadville and this was a very comfortable place to stay.'
